Job summary

Vale Healthcare Center in San Pablo, CA is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This PRN/on-call role offers a salary range of $104,000 to $124,800 and a sign-on bonus.

You will screen and evaluate residents, develop care plans, provide direct treatment, administer tests, support swallow techniques, maintain confidentiality, and complete required forms. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a California license; one year of clinical experience is

Qualifications

• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Certification in Clinical Competency required.
• Current California license to practice Speech-Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate residents and develop appropriate plan of care.
• Provide direct resident treatment in accordance with established plan of care.
• Administer, score, and interpret specialized hearing and speech tests.
• Work with residents on functional swallow techniques.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
• Complete required forms and documents per company policy and regulations.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Entry Qualifications and Skills:
