Salary: $104,000 - $124,800 PRN/ON CALL. Sign-on Bonus Available. Benefits include PTO and referral bonuses. Responsibilities include screening and evaluating residents, developing plan of care, direct resident treatment, administering speech tests, and maintaining confidentiality in line with regulations.

Qualifications

• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Certification in Clinical Competency required.
• Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology issued by the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Screens and evaluates residents and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Administers, scores, and interprets specialized hearing and speech tests.
• Works with residents for functional swallow techniques.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
