Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas to evaluate and support K-12 students with communication needs. You will conduct evaluations, share findings with families and district staff, and develop evidence-based interventions in collaboration with the ARD committee.

You may provide direct therapy or supervise SLP Assistants to meet IEP goals, monitor progress, and advocate for students in ARD meetings. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs: conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Communicate findings to parents and district personnel clearly.
• Develop interventions with ARD committee to support student outcomes.
• Provide therapy or supervise assistants to achieve IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions with data-driven decisions.
• Support ARD meetings and family conferences.
