Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students and collaborate with ARD committees to create targeted therapy interventions. The role involves evaluating needs, communicating results, and delivering or supervising therapy to support IEP goals in a school setting.

The position requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Texas licensure, and CCC-SLP certification, with bilingual preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas licensure to practice as an SLP.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify therapy needs.
• Communicate findings clearly with parents and district personnel.
• Develop evidence-based therapeutic interventions with ARD teams to support student access to education.
• Provide therapy directly or supervise SLP assistants to implement IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings and related discussions to support student programs.
