Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas licensure to practice as SLP.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs with comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Share findings with parents and district personnel with clear communication.
• Develop evidence-based interventions with ARD committee for IEP goals.
• Provide therapy or supervise SLP Assistants in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor progress with detailed records and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support ARD meetings, parent conferences, and related discussions for student services.
