Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas to empower students and schools. You will evaluate needs, communicate findings, and develop targeted interventions in collaboration with the ARD committee.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active Texas licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify needs for therapy services.
• Share evaluation results with parents and district personnel clearly and compassionately.
• Collaborate with ARD committee to develop evidence-based interventions.
• Deliver therapy services or supervise Assistants to implement IEP goals.
• Maintain detailed records and monitor student progress to adjust interventions.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students.
