Job summary

North Texas Therapy & Home Care in Texas is seeking a licensed SLPA to provide pediatric speech therapy in patients’ homes or daytime facilities. The role requires current Texas SLPA licensure and at least 6 months of full-time clinical experience, with pediatrics and home health experience preferred.

You will work under supervision, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to care plans that drive patient progress while maintaining compliance and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current Texas SLPA licensure is required.
• Minimum 6 months of full-time clinical experience.
• Pediatrics experience preferred; home health experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Provides services in the patient’s home or daytime facility.
• Schedules weekly supervision visits with supervising SLP per Texas board guidelines.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and address patient goals.
• Plans care to meet goals of the speech therapy interventions.
• Keeps knowledge up-to-date by education and professional networking.
• Embraces opportunities to add value and meet new requests.
