Job summary

NorthTexas Therapy & Home Care seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to deliver pediatric therapy in patients' homes or daytime facilities. You will work under supervision and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive individualized goals.

Must hold Texas SLPA licensure with at least six months of full-time pediatric clinical experience. Spanish fluency is required; Home Health experience is preferred. Motivated bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Pediatrics experience is required; Home Health experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Provides services in the patient's home or daytime facility.
• Schedules weekly supervision visits with supervising SLP per Texas board guidelines.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient.
• Plans care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Maintains knowledge through ongoing education and professional involvement.
• Contributes to the reputation by taking ownership of new requests and adding value.
