Job summary

NorthTexas Therapy & Home Care is seeking a licensed Texas SLPA to provide pediatric speech therapy services in patients’ homes or daytime facilities. The role includes supervising visits with a licensed SLP and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

The position offers full-time benefits, CEU reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Texas SLPA licensure is required.
• Minimum 6 months of full-time clinical experience.
• Pediatrics experience preferred for this role.
• Home Health experience is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Deliver services in the patient’s home or daytime facility.
• Schedule weekly supervision visits with the supervising SLP following Texas board guidelines.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient.
• Plan care to meet goals of the speech therapy interventions.
• Stay current with professional knowledge via continuing education and reading.
• Contribute to the department by taking on new requests and adding value to outcomes.
