Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide one-on-one therapy to older adults in home and senior living settings, with telehealth options to extend access.

Responsibilities include evaluations, care plans, evidence-based treatments, documentation in EMR, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, patient and caregiver education, and driving independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid state license or eligibility, degree from accredited program, proficiency in computer and EMR systems, current CPR certification, and ASHA CCC.
• Physical ability to perform in-home care tasks such as lifting, repositioning, and driving.
