Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Hillsdale, Michigan. This in-person role offers either full-time or part-time options with pay up to $70 per hour.

You’ll evaluate and provide school-based therapy while collaborating with IEP teams, teachers, and staff. Eligible candidates will have a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and a Michigan SLP license or be eligible to apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Michigan SLP license (or eligible to apply) is required.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Passion for supporting diverse learners in inclusive environments.
