Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Burnsville, MN. This full-time, school-based role serves a middle school caseload across two sites.

The position requires CCCs and an active Minnesota PELSB SLP license. We offer competitive pay of $55-60/hour, W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits, a 401(k) with company match, licensure CEU reimbursements, mileage between sites, mentorship, and ongoing support from school-based

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Active Minnesota PELSB SLP license required.
• CCC certification required (ASHA).
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
