Ampersand Therapy in St. Louis, MO is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, in-person position in a school setting with a pay rate up to $55/hour.

CFs are welcome to apply and will receive mentorship and support. The role involves delivering therapy, evaluations, report writing, and collaboration with special education teams, educators, and families.

Job Description: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | St. Louis, MO | 2026-2027 School Year | Up to $55/hour Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in St. Louis, Missouri . We’re a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem; we provide mentorship and support!
