Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year in Grandview, Missouri. This is an in-person, school-based role with mentorship and support for CFs and experienced SLPs alike.

You will provide therapy in a school setting, conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with educators and families. Applicants must hold Missouri SLP licensure and MoPro licensure; compensation is competitive with benefits including paid time off and retirement

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in Grandview, Missouri. We’re a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in‑person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem; we provide mentorship and support!

Job Highlights:
