Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Portland, OR area. This full-time, in-person role supports multiple school sites, delivering speech therapy services and collaborating with educators and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.

• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
