Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, in-person school-based role in Silverdale, WA, serving K-12 students. You will assess, treat, and develop IEP goals, collaborating with teachers and families to drive student progress.

CFs are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship. W-2 employment with benefits and licensure support are provided, with mileage reimbursement across sites.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State SLP license.
• Washington ESA Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

You'll support K-12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship provided.
