Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Spectrum Dominance) to lead requirements, features, and delivery for advanced spectrum dominance software and firmware. The role bridges DoD-driven needs with R&D and engineering for MN-MIMO and StreamCaster platforms.

You will own end-to-end backlog, translate complex signal processing into usable software, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive market-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of signal processing, wireless communications, RF systems, software-defined radios (SDRs), or related fields.
• Experience translating complex mathematical algorithms or military use cases into actionable software requirements and user stories.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and managing backlogs with Jira or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate DoD mission requirements and signal processing concepts into structured user stories and specifications.
• Translate LPI/LPD and anti-jamming techniques into features for operator experience.
• Own end-to-end software and firmware backlog and user experience for spectrum-dominance features.
• Coordinate with R&D and software teams to ensure waveforms integrate with MN-MIMO and StreamCaster platforms.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences to deliver updates.
