You will translate advanced LPI/LPD concepts into software features and firmware, bridging R&D and go‑to‑market teams in a hybrid Irvine, CA setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a highly related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace/wireless.
• Strong knowledge of signal processing, RF systems, SDRs, DSP, or related fields.
• Ability to translate complex algorithms into software requirements and stories.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and manage backlogs with tight release timelines.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Own technical requirements, backlog, and product delivery for spectrum dominance features.
• Translate DoD mission requirements and waveform concepts into actionable specs and user stories.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, operations, and sales to align backlog with strategy and monetization.
• Lead Agile processes, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences.
• Support field testing, customer integrations, and field feedback to iterate on software/firmware.
