Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Technical Product Manager (Spectrum Dominance) to drive requirements, backlog, and adoption. You will translate DoD mission requirements and advanced signal processing concepts into software features for MN-MIMO waveform and StreamCaster platforms.
You will own the backlog, coordinate with R&D and sales, and travel up to 25–50% to support field testing and customer meetings, while ensuring security clearances and compliance for
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in EE/CS/RF or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace/wireless.
- Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
Responsabilités
- Translate DoD mission requirements and signal processing concepts into structured software requirements.
- Translate complex algorithms into actionable software features and user stories.
- Own end-to-end software and firmware backlog for spectrum dominance features.
- Collaborate with R&D, software, and sales to align product delivery with timelines.
