Job summary
Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a highly capable Technical Product Manager (Spectrum Dominance) to drive requirements, backlog ownership, and revenue growth for the Spectrum Dominance portfolio. You will translate defense requirements into software features, firmware builds, and intuitive operator experiences, collaborating with R&D, engineering, and GTM teams.
The role reports to the Director of Product Management and requires translating complex LPI/LPD concepts
Qualifications
- Translate DoD mission requirements into structured user stories and technical specs.
- Translate LPI/LPD and anti-jamming techniques into actionable features.
- Own end-to-end software and firmware backlog for spectrum dominance features.
- Partner with R&D and software teams to ensure waveform integration with MN-MIMO architecture.
Responsibilities
- Product Definition & Technical Execution: translate requirements into clear specs for the spectrum dominance portfolio.
- Sprint & Backlog Ownership: plan, groom, and release cadences via Jira for software/firmware updates.
- Technical Waveform Alignment: ensure advanced waveforms integrate with StreamCaster hardware.
- Cross-functional Alignment: align with R&D, engineering, operations, and GTM teams; travel as needed up to 25%.
