Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Spectrum Dominance. You will own requirements, backlog, and software/firmware features bridging DoD missions with MN-MIMO hardware.

The role translates complex algorithms into actionable specs, collaborates across R&D, engineering, operations, and GTM, and supports field testing with travel up to 25-50%. U.S. citizenship and SECRET clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering in defense, aerospace, or wireless comms.
• Strong knowledge of signal processing, RF systems, SDRs, and related domains.
• Ability to translate complex algorithms into clear software requirements and user stories.
• Ability to influence cross-functional R&D, engineering, operations, and sales to meet timelines.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months; U.S. citizen required.
• Background check and drug test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Translate abstract DoD requirements and signal processing concepts into structured user stories.
• Partner with R&D to turn LPI/LPD and anti-jamming techniques into features.
• Own end-to-end software/firmware backlog and user experience for spectrum dominance.
• Ensure waveform integration with MN-MIMO architecture and StreamCaster hardware.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences via Jira.
• Capture feedback and evolve backlog with field results and testing notes.
• Collaborate with GTM and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and revenue.
