Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Technical Product Manager to own the Spectrum Dominance product backlog, translate DoD requirements into clear software specs, and ensure seamless integration with MN-MIMO hardware.

You will bridge R&D with engineering and GTM teams, driving features from concept to deployment while managing field trials and customer engagements across US locations. Requires DoD experience, U.S. citizenship, and security clearance readiness.

Qualifications

• Translate highly complex requirements into actionable software requirements and user stories.
• Experience translating DoD mission requirements into structured backlogs and specs.
• Knowledge of spectrum operations and waveform development is essential.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end software and firmware backlog for spectrum dominance features.
• Translate algorithms and research into features with intuitive operator experiences.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, operations, and sales to align product delivery.
• Travel up to 25–50% for field testing, customer integrations and meetings.
