Job summary

Acoufelt specializes in delivering high-quality soft architectural acoustics solutions for commercial projects. The Specification Manager- Miami will build relationships with architects and interior designers to drive product specifications and integration into project designs.

This role emphasizes consultative selling, CEU education sessions, and collaboration with inside sales to move opportunities through the pipeline while tracking progress in CRM.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of success in architectural product sales or specification sales within the A&D community.
• Relationship-driven professional with a passion for architects and designers.
• Experience in consultative, solution-based selling for commercial interiors.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver CEUs and sessions.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office for tracking opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with architects and designers to drive specification.
• Identify and create new opportunities by engaging A&D firms with consultative solutions.
• Deliver product presentations and CEUs to design firms to position Acoufelt as a preferred solution.
• Track and document activities and opportunities in CRM with accurate project details.
• Collaborate with inside sales and special projects to ensure smooth pipeline movement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity to position Acoufelt strategically.
• Follow up with designers and stakeholders to keep Acoufelt top of mind.
