Wilsonart Specification Representative covers Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Westchester and Staten Island, driving commercial growth by securing and converting specifications for Wilsonart products. As a trusted advisor to the design community, you influence material choices and ensure solutions from concept to completion.

You will develop relationships with architects, designers and facility planners, collaborate with sales and partners, provide product guidance, and track opportunities in CRM while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business administration or closely related field.
• One year’s field selling experience, preferably in the commercial design community.
• Ability to travel and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with marketing, sales, and specification principles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with architects, designers, specification writers, and facility planners.
• Drive specification adoption and ensure conversion through collaboration with sales and partners.
• Provide expert product, design, and application guidance tailored to project requirements.
• Track project opportunities and specification-to-sale conversion using CRM.
• Execute merchandising, display updates, and maintain brand consistency.
• Represent Wilsonart at industry associations and events.
• Deliver product training and professional presentations to design firms.
• Provide feedback on surface needs to internal teams.
• Utilize CRM for account data, activity, and opportunities.
