Alora Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Specialty Territory Manager to drive growth across a defined U.S. territory in field-based sales.

You will promote NP Thyroid and related women's health and primary care products, call on endocrinologists, OB/GYNs and PCPs, and deliver education and value-based messaging. The role emphasizes strategic planning, strong relationship-building with clinicians and staff, robust use of data, and navigation of prior authorizations to achieve targets in a compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• B2B sales experience required.
• Experience with prior authorizations (PA) and pharmacy pull-through preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Promote NP Thyroid and Womens Health & Primary Care products within a defined territory.
• Call on Endocrinologists, OBGYN and Primary Care providers.
• Deliver clinically relevant product education and value-based messaging.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan.
• Build strong relationships with HCPs and office staff.
• Utilize data and reporting tools to drive performance.
• Navigate prior authorizations and pharmacy pull-through processes.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while complying with guidelines.
