Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to cover a CA territory including Palm Desert, Indio, La Quinta, and Redlands. The role focuses on delivering clinical knowledge to medical professionals and navigating payer environments to promote Amgen products.

The position requires building strong relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with teams to execute district strategies while upholding Amgen values and patient focus.

Formación

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent clinical/science education is preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or related field.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong territory management and account development skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers in assigned CA territory.
• Promote Amgen products and support marketing strategies.
• Develop disease state and product knowledge to inform clinical discussions with healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with accounts to ensure product access and appropriate utilization.
• Collaborate with District Manager to plan and execute territory business plans.
