Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialist to connect with medical professionals, share clinical product knowledge, and navigate the payer landscape in selected CA territories. This role reports to the District Manager and drives promotional activities and market access in collaboration with the sales team.

The position requires a relevant degree or equivalent sales experience, plus strong relationship-building and communication skills to meet sales targets and support patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience in life sciences or business field.
• Demonstrated ability to translate clinical benefits to medical professionals.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales and payer navigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen products to physicians and payers.
• Lead territory sales, deliver branded messages, and conduct programs.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts and ensure product access.
• Analyze territory performance and contribute to territory planning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive results.
