Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers, screens and processes a high volume of calls in a professional manner.
• Schedules prescription refills and updates patient demographic information.
• Transfers to registration, documents payer information and coordinates with staff.
• Informs patient of preparation for prescription delivery.
• Triages calls and forwards messages to pharmacist and staff; liaises with departments.
