Job summary

Keystone Health seeks a detail-oriented Specialty Pharmacy Coordinator to support our specialty pharmacy services. You will work with the Nurse Manager, Clinical Pharmacist, providers, and pharmacy operations to ensure timely access to medications and patient support throughout treatment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, with experience in benefits investigations, prior authorizations, and financial assistance programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pennsylvania Registered Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a satisfactory driving record required.
• Experience in pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, healthcare coordination, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient access to specialty medications through benefits investigations and prior authorizations.
• Manage referrals, patient onboarding, and LDD workflows to initiate therapy.
• Collaborate with providers, payers, and staff to remove barriers to care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient access activities and engagement.
• Support growth and efficiency of Keystone Health's specialty pharmacy services.
