Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) via PTCB.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician through Florida Department of Health.
• 5+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred, especially in specialty pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and increase prescription capture for Baptist Specialty Pharmacy.
• Serve as triage communicator among medical staff, patients, pharmacy, billing, and insurers.
• Collaborate with contracted vendors to resolve authorization, reimbursement, and access issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout patient medication access and treatment journey.
• Improve outreach, engagement, and operational performance for medication access programs.
• Monitor and improve specialty pharmacy initiatives and workflows.
