Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Account Manager for Specialty Pharmacy (Infusion Therapies) covering the San Antonio and Austin territory. This on-site, permanent role focuses on driving new patient referrals and revenue growth by promoting specialty pharmacy services to physicians, hospitals, and clinics.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare sales, experience with specialty pharmacy/infusion services, and a proven ability to build provider relationships and manage territory activity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience in sales, account management, clinical services, customer service, or related environments.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy, infusion services, biologics, immunology or chronic disease therapies is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success building provider relationships and generating referrals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote specialty pharmacy and infusion-related services to referral sources.
• Generate new patient referrals and drive territory revenue growth.
• Conduct in-person sales presentations, educational meetings, and provider consultations.
• Develop and execute territory business plans with sales leadership.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining existing referrals.
• Assist providers with navigating referral and reimbursement processes.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events as assigned.
• Monitor market trends and provide competitive/industry intelligence to leadership.
• Maintain territory records, sales activities, and communications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality service delivery.
