Job summary

Ascension is seeking a pharmacist-leader to oversee market infusion operations in Austin, TX. You will partner with cross-functional teams to standardize infusion practices, drive growth, manage biosimilars, and optimize revenue and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Texas Pharmacist license, a Bachelor's or PharmD, and at least 5 years of experience with 2 years in leadership or a Health System Pharmacy Administration residency. Outpatient infusion leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for market infusion pharmacy operations and align services with national standards and financial objectives.
• Partner with pharmacy, nursing, operational, and national leaders to standardize safe, compliant infusion practices.
• Lead infusion strategy and growth initiatives, including biosimilar adoption and site-of-care optimization.
• Optimize operational and financial performance through revenue capture, reimbursement, charge integrity, and resource planning.
• Lead infusion governance and multidisciplinary collaboration with clear accountability for performance and staffing.
