Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals and promote Amgen products. You will implement marketing strategies and support customers through the payer environment while acting as the primary contact in your territory.

The role requires building relationships, delivering educational programs, and meeting or exceeding sales targets under the guidance of the District Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or
• Associate’s degree and 4 years of Sales experience or
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization of the products
• Deliver branded sales messages and participate in planned programs to achieve territory targets
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts including discussions on access, reimbursement, and contracts
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and help develop territory plans with the District Manager
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the Specialty Representative role
