Job summary

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote products, and navigate payer environments. This role covers a NJ territory and requires clinical product knowledge and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience.
• Preferred experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales and knowledge of medical products is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Promote products and deliver branded sales messages to drive utilization.
• Develop relationships to service accounts and manage contract discussions.
• Analyze territory performance and develop plans with the District Manager.
• Participate in both in-person and virtual educational programs for customers.
