Job summary

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialist to connect with medical professionals, sharing clinical knowledge of Amgen products and guiding them through the payer landscape. You will implement marketing strategies and promote Amgen products under the District Manager's leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct programs to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, including understanding customer needs and resolving reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialist.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products and maintain brand integrity throughout the sales cycle.
