Job summary

Paratek Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative for the Buffalo, NY area. The role focuses on owning a multi-product specialty business, educating podiatrists, ENTs, dermatologists, PCPs, and other healthcare professionals to drive product adoption and patient outcomes.

You will execute complex, consultative selling, build strong customer relationships, and develop pull-through strategies to optimize access and utilization of NUZYRA and XHANCE across your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2–4 years of complex, consultative sales and territory management experience.
• Life Sciences/pharma/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Ability to translate clinical information into customer conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory as a business and drive growth.
• Execute multi-product strategies for NUZYRA and XHANCE.
• Build strategic relationships with prescribers and healthcare stakeholders.
• Conduct consultative selling and overcome adoption barriers.
• Develop pull-through access and utilization strategies.
• Utilize data and insights to guide territory planning.
