Job summary

You will develop territory plans, present scientific messages, and build relationships to achieve territory and corporate goals. Responsibilities include engaging prescribers, delivering focused sales talks, reporting activity and expenses, maintaining product knowledge, and collaborating with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience, required.
• Minimum 2–4 years of pharmaceutical selling or relevant medical sales experience, required.
• Experience calling on Primary Care, Podiatry, Dermatology; Infectious Disease/ICU experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to understand disease states, patient profiles, and treatment pathways to articulate complex information.

Responsibilities

• Engage target prescribers within the assigned territory.
• Deliver clinically focused sales messages to introduce, launch, and grow products.
• Execute strategies to drive territory and company sales while adhering to policies.
• Meet Call Plan expectations and report territory activity and expenses.
• Promote and educate physicians and staff using approved messaging and programs.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Director and regional teams to hit goals.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge through training and data.
• Utilize multiple communication channels (face-to-face, virtual, email).
• Maintain compliant relationships with customers and accurate data entry.
