Job summary

Paratek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative to cover Green Bay, WI.

You will develop a data-driven business plan, educate prescribers, and work with cross-functional teams to meet territory and corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience is required.
• Minimum 2-4 years of pharmaceutical selling or relevant medical sales experience is required.
• Experience executing total office calls in primary care or specialty settings is required.
• Strong understanding of disease states, patient profiles, and treatment pathways to articulate complex science is required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding territory performance goals is expected.
• Experience promoting newly launched products is preferred.
• Consultative selling experience is preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage territory dynamics is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage target prescribers within assigned territory.
• Deliver clinically focused sales messages to launch and grow business.
• Execute on tactical strategies to drive territory, regional, and company sales.
• Meet Call Plan expectations and achieve sales goals while adhering to policies.
• Promote and educate targeted physicians/HCPs on product use.
• Communicate effectively with customers using approved messaging.
• Maintain knowledge of company products and complete training.
• Report sales activities and territory expenses within deadlines.
