Paratek Pharmaceuticals, a leader in specialty medicines, is seeking a Field-based Specialty Sales Representative for Minneapolis, MN. You will own and grow a multi-product specialty business, educate prescribers, and drive product adoption across NUZYRA and XHANCE.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, data-driven territory planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You will build trusted relationships with Podiatrists, ENTs, Allergists, PCPs, Dermatologists, and other healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of sales experience with complex, consultative selling.
• Life sciences sales experience preferred (pharma, biotech, medical).
• Ability to learn complex clinical information and translate it to customers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple products and priorities in a territory.
• Strong ownership, planning, and execution against territory objectives.
• Ability to use data and insights to inform strategy.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems to support engagement and territory management.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory as a business and drive growth.
• Drive adoption of Paratek’s multi-product portfolio (NUZYRA® and XHANCE®).
• Build strategic relationships with prescribers and healthcare stakeholders.
• Execute consultative selling and address barriers to adoption.
• Develop pull-through strategies to improve patient access and utilization.
• Use data and insights to optimize territory performance.
• Maintain strong knowledge of disease states, products, and competition.
• Execute company strategies and meet sales objectives.
• Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams.
