Job summary

Paratek Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Specialty Sales Representative to drive growth across primary care, podiatry and select specialties in the Gainesville region. You will leverage data, insights, and clinical knowledge to build territory plans and educate physicians, office staff, and other HCPs on Paratek products.

The role requires strong communication, thorough product knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple channels of communication, including virtual and in-person meetings, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience, required.
• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical selling or medical sales experience, required.
• Experience calling on Infectious Disease, Podiatry, Primary Care and other specialties strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to present complex scientific information clearly and convincingly.
• Proven track record of meeting territory performance goals and national recognition.
• Experience promoting newly launched product(s) strongly preferred.
• CRM experience and data-driven selling skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Engage target prescribers within assigned geographical territory.
• Deliver clinically focused sales messages to introduce, launch, grow business to consistently deliver on product(s) sales goals.
• Execute tactical strategies within the territory to drive individual, regional and company sales.
• Meet Call Plan expectations and achieve territory and product sales goals while adhering to Paratek policies.
• Promote and educate targeted physicians/HCPs through one-on-one meetings and group presentations, including speaker programs.
