Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to provide clinical product knowledge to medical professionals and navigate the payer environment. You’ll be the primary customer contact, implementing marketing strategy and promoting Amgen products under the District Manager.

Responsibilities include delivering branded sales messages, executing educational programs, and achieving sales targets both in person and virtually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales/clinical experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales/clinical experience OR HS diploma with 8 years in sales/clinical field.

Responsibilities

• Provide product knowledge to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Lead territory sales via branded messages, programs, and education events.
• Develop relationships to service accounts, address access and reimbursement issues.
• Give feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and learn continuously.
• Maintain passion for Amgen products throughout the sales cycle.
