Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Associate degree plus 4 years of sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED plus 6 years of sales experience.
• Senior: Bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales/clinical experience.
• Senior: Associate degree with 6 years of sales/clinical experience.
• Senior: High school diploma with 8 years of sales/clinical experience.
• Preferred: pharma/biotech sales or clinical experience; hospital sales experience appreciated.

Aufgaben

• Provide knowledge of Amgen's products to healthcare professionals and communicate clinical benefits.
• Deliver branded sales messages and participate in planned programs to achieve sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service accounts, address reimbursement and contract issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative.
