The Lisi Medical Jedopa Inc facility in Torrance, CA is seeking a Specialty Machine Level I to set up and operate specialty machines (multi-spindle, Davenport, Index, CNC, Euro-turns) to meet targets and standards.

You will read blueprints, inspect first runs, perform SPC checks, and ensure parts meet specifications while maintaining quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years experience or equivalent technical education/experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.

Responsabilités

• Operates and maintains at least 2 automatic multi-spindle or CNC machines with limited supervision.
• Starts machines, inspects first run pieces and checks conformance to specs.
• Performs SPC checks and reacts per specifications.
• Reads blueprints and tooling instructions to determine work requirements.
• Inspects parts using micrometers and gauges to ensure specs.
• Maintains records, data entry and follows safety regulations.
• Complies with all applicable safety and environmental rules.
