Qualifications

• 3–4 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing basic CNC setups independently.
• Ability to select tooling and change all tooling without supervision.
• Ability to read blueprints and basic GD&T.
• Experience troubleshooting routine machining and tooling issues.
• Strong communication skills for pass downs and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines per programs, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Perform basic CNC machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and fixture adjustments.
• Select proper material, tool holders, and tooling per instructions and engineering requirements.
• Change tooling independently and without supervision.
• Adjust tooling and offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy and part quality.
• Troubleshoot routine machine, tooling, and dimensional issues.
• Recognize improper machine functioning and escalate complex issues to senior roles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per 5S standards.
