Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines per programs and safety procedures.
• Perform basic setups, tooling changes, offsets, and fixture adjustments.
• Select proper materials and tooling per work instructions.
• Change tooling independently without supervision.
• Adjust tooling and offsets to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Troubleshoot routine machine and tooling issues.
• Document machine status and participate in problem-solving meetings.
• Support continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
• Train and assist new hires on machine operation.
