Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• Experience in aerospace fastener manufacturing or precision grinding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate centerless grinders and ensure parts meet print specifications.
• Set up machines and select materials and tooling to run jobs.
• Monitor quality and perform SPC checks to maintain tolerances.
• Maintain safety, calibration, and housekeeping on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with leads to schedule work and support operators.
