Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates and maintains 2+ header machines per blueprints/specs.
• Operates header machines to manufacture fasteners and checks dimensions with measuring tools.
• Maintains tooling and part accuracy to print specifications; troubleshoots tooling as needed.
• Mentors less experienced operators and assists cross-functional teams.
• Performs SPC checks and uses CAM software to ensure quality and process control.
