Job summary

Tenpoint Therapeutics, Ltd. seeks a Specialty Sales Manager to lead a launch within your Rhode Island territory. You will build relationships with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists, convert clinical value into patient scripts, and drive durable growth as the face of the brand.

You’ll own the territory plan, hit sales targets, and educate staff on patient selection, safety, and workflow. Start-up mindset and strong CRM discipline expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• 2+ years of documented sales success; pharma/eye-care sales a plus.
• Pharma launch experience preferred.
• Start-up experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan with segmentation, cadence, and coverage.
• Meet/exceed sales targets; manage funnel, forecasts, and activity metrics.
• Educate and influence through in-office data reviews and trainings with Eyecare professionals.
• Translate clinical evidence into practice changes and tools to drive adoption.
