Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to help launch and grow our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran, for rare cardiovascular conditions. You will drive prescriber activation, therapy adoption, and sustained utilization in complex healthcare settings.

This role requires strategic territory planning, clinical depth, and strong execution to achieve launch objectives and fire up access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Demonstrated success launching or expanding complex therapies requiring access navigation and clinical depth.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular therapeutic areas preferred; IDN experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans aligned to launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education to cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and PCPs.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies within a competitive cardiometabolic landscape and drive adoption.
• Execute speaker programs and educational events to support launch activities.
• Build and sustain trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
