Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to drive launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran for rare cardiovascular conditions. The role emphasizes prescriber activation, strong clinical engagement, and durable utilization within complex healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years pharma sales experience.
• Experience launching or expanding complex therapies with access/navigation.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience working with integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver clinically accurate product education to prescribers and articulate data to cardiologists, lipid specialists, endocrinologists, and targeted PCPs.
• Build and sustain trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health IT, and Patient Services to align execution with enterprise strategy.
• Maintain compliance with policies, regulations, and promotional standards; document field activity and CRM data.
